Often considered the ultimate test of a dim sum chef’s skill, our Shrimp Dumplings are a masterpiece of texture and balance. Each dumpling features a delicate, pleated wrapper that is steamed to a beautiful translucency, revealing the vibrant pink of the fresh shrimp within.

The Savory Honeycomb Wonder

The Fried Pork Taro Dumpling is a marvel of culinary architecture, famous for its signature "honeycomb" lacy exterior.  When deep-fried to perfection, the outer layer shatters effortlessly at the first bite, leading you into the soft, earthy taro and the deeply flavorful meat filling.

Our Salt & Pepper Squid is a crowd favorite that perfectly captures the excitement of high-heat wok cooking. Tender rings of premium squid are lightly dusted in a secret flour blend and flash-fried until they achieve a gorgeous golden-brown crunch.
